Minimum Age: Guest must be 21 years or older to make a reservation.
Check-in Requirements: Valid unexpired photo driver license or state ID and matching credit or debit card must be present at check-in.
Guest Information: Accurate guest information must be provided and maximum occupancy limits must be observed.
We accept major credit cards and debit cards. Payment is processed securely through our partner, Stripe. Room rates are subject to change without notice and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
Guests must respect quiet hours, keep rooms clean, report maintenance issues promptly, and follow all hotel policies. Smoking in non-smoking rooms and excessive noise are prohibited.
A security deposit of $200 is required and will be charged at check-in. This deposit is fully refundable, subject to a room inspection upon check-out. The deposit will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days after a successful room inspection and confirmation that no damages or excessive cleaning are required.
Seasonal: Memorial Day through Labor Day
Open: 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM daily but may close early if no guests are in the pool
Maintenance: Pool may close temporarily for maintenance or repairs as needed
Weather permitting: Pool may close during inclement weather for guest safety
• All guests under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times
• Parents are responsible for their children
• No food, drinks, or glass containers in the pool area
• No diving or running around the pool
• Shower before entering the pool
• Maximum capacity: 7 guests at one time
• No lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk

Pets are welcome with a $20 fee per pet per night, payable at check-in. Pets must be declared at check-in.
Pets must be leashed and under control at all times for safety.
Pet owners are responsible for their pets' behavior and any damages caused.
Pets must not be left unattended in rooms.
Aggressive pets or pets that disturb other guests may be asked to leave.
You can view, update, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Guests are responsible for damage to hotel property and their own safety.
A 5% processing fee will be charged for cancellations made more than 24 hours before check-in (from the total amount).
Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in or no-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
